Luna Spot uses Royal Mail recorded delivery service with a flat rate fee of £4.95 unless stated otherwise.
Standard UK delivery normally takes between 3 - 5 working days from dispatch. To avoid disappointment, please allow up to 1 week.
For orders outside of the UK please email info@lunaspotdesign.com to place your order and delivery will be calculated separately.
/ RETURNS
At Luna Spot we always make sure each item is well packaged and sent with care so that you receive your purchase in pristine condition.
If you would like to return your item it must be returned within 14 working days. The order must be in its original packaging including order invoice and in the same condition it was sent in.
If the item is not in the original packaging & condition we may not be able to refund or exchange your order.
